Create your own nation. Make it anything from a Father-Knows-Best-State, to an Inoffensive Centrist Democracy, to a bunch of Iron Fisted Consumerist.

"The Empire of Hydroniaa is a large, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 50 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Social Equality, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 46%, but much higher for the wealthy. A healthy private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Furniture Restoration and Pizza Delivery.

The government is promoting multicultural values with the new 'Just Be Nice, OK?' initiative, 'unconventional' weaponry has been banned, the government is well known for declaring war on other countries for suspected slights, and the study of medicine is popular throughout Hydroniaa. Crime is totally unknown. Hydroniaa's national animal is the ferret, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the moneez."
